In addition to New Energy continuing to provide its professional expertise for the on-going daily operation and maintenance of the electrical generation and battery storage systems, New Energy will provide third party insurance guarantees to back-stop the manufacturers' warranties to eliminate any future risk in the performance of the systems.

New Energy proposes a negotiated Public-Private Partnership (PPP) with local governments or a Joint Venture with commercial customers whereby the other party will provide the sites for PV and/or batteries and facilitate interconnection, permitting and other regulatory approvals required. For its part, New energy will provide the design, financing, installation, operation and maintenance of the renewable energy components for the life of the agreement. Both parties will then share in the cost savings and revenue generated by the systems. The PPP structure has advantages over an RFP in saving cost, saving time and in providing an all-encompassing clean energy solution.
